(FLIGHT) FLIGHT CHAMPION
*All fields are optional and will be omitted if left blank. “FLIGHT CHAMPION” will remain on the plate even if no checkboxes for flights have been specified.
*There is a 75 character limit per engraved plate. Any plates that are over 75 characters will be charged 50 cents per item. Overages for characters will be charged at the time of invoicing, your online order confirmation will not yet reflect this charge.
*The Golf AM Tour Logo will be imprinted on the plate if not already included on the product.
A Proof will be provided to you after your order is placed.
